PdfPlus Transactional Print Appliance

PdfPlus is a network print appliance and overlay manager which uniquely accepts a variety of data inputs such as PDF, Prescribe, Comma delimited and XML. Data sent to the PdfPlus will be automatically overlaid to any number of PDF forms stored in a template. Template selection can triggered from input data type or from embedded tags.

The PdfPlus acts as a network bridge allowing multiple IP aliasing, using this feature you can implement the PDFPlus into any TCP/IP network with the minimal disruption or modification to existing print queues. Standard PDFs can be simply printed or overlaid onto stored forms by sending them to a network shared folder for automatic processing. The PdfPlus has a built in password protected web front-end for easy setup. Also supplied as standard is an on-board split screen template editor for easy positioning of data variables on the PDF forms.

The PdfPlus is totally printer independent allowing the user to select from thousands of output printer models (using PPD files), or if your output printer will accept PDFs, then these can be streamed directly to the output printer.

PdfPlus also supports print and archive so a copy of printed documents can be indexed and stored to a network shared folder. Time and date stamping, as well as water marking, can also be applied if required.

PdfPlus can be supplied in a number of formats and can be tailored to the users requirement, as a highly resilient solid state appliance that supports up to 50 printers, for larger enterprises, server based or VM solutions are available.
